1. Executive Support
Manage and optimize the CEO’s daily calendar, appointments, and schedules.
Plan and organize travel itineraries, visa coordination, accommodations, and logistics.
Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing documents for meetings.
Attend meetings when required and prepare accurate minutes and follow-up action lists.
2. Communication & Coordination
Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal / external stakeholders.
Draft, review, and manage professional communication on behalf of the CEO.
Maintain strong coordination with department heads, business partners, and external clients.
3. Strategic Support
Assist the CEO in business planning, follow-ups, and tracking project progress.
Ensure timely completion of tasks by coordinating with functional teams.
Conduct basic research, data compilation, and provide insights when required.
4. Office & Document Management
Manage confidential documents and maintain secure filing systems (digital & physical).
Organize and prioritize incoming emails, correspondence, and requests.
Handle expense reports, reimbursements, and business-related documentation.
5. Operational Excellence
Support the CEO in ensuring smooth office operations.
Coordinate high-level meetings, conferences, and corporate events.
Prepare monthly dashboards, trackers, and executive-level updates.
