Role Overview :

The Marketing Manager is responsible for strengthening the brand’s positioning and desirability in the Indian market. This role will define and execute integrated marketing, communications, and client engagement strategies to drive qualified traffic to boutiques and enhance brand visibility.

Acting as a brand custodian, the individual will align local initiatives with global guidelines, while adapting them to the cultural and commercial dynamics of India.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Commercial & Strategic

• Partner with Business Managers and Store Directors to design and implement marketing strategies that directly support retail sales objectives.
• Ensure all initiatives are aligned with clear, measurable KPIs (traffic, sales conversion, client recruitment, retention).
• Manage and track the annual marketing calendar, ensuring seamless cross-departmental coordination and timely reporting.
• Identify growth opportunities for B2B thru Interior Designers and Bulk Sales segment (Corporate & Weddings) and support in business conversion
• Conduct training sessions on brand storytelling, product, client engagement and Visual Merchandising
