- Strategic Customer Development Spearhead the strategic growth and engagement of customer accounts across diverse sectors including automotive, aerospace, industrial, energy, and infrastructure, with a primary focus on the Indian market.
- Project Management Oversee the execution of customer projects of varying complexity and scale, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and alignment with client expectations.
- Quotation and Proposal Preparation Develop and calculate detailed quotations and proposals, tailored to specific customer requirements and aligned with commercial objectives.
- Market Analysis and Intelligence Conduct comprehensive market research to maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry dynamics, competitive landscape, and emerging business opportunities.
- Business Development Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities through cross-selling and up-selling initiatives, contributing to overall revenue growth.
- Corporate Representation Represent the organization and its software solutions at international exhibitions, trade shows, and customer events, effectively communicating the company's value proposition.
- Client Relationship Management Engage in regular customer visits to foster strong relationships, gather feedback, and ensure continued satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Team Integration Serve as the designated DiIT representative within the Komax sales team for India, facilitating seamless collaboration and strategic alignment.
Qualifications
Degree in Business Administration, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.Proven track record in software or technical sales, with strong domain knowledge in production control and process management.Proficient in Hindi and English; capable of effective negotiation and relationship-building with international stakeholders.Skilled in delivering impactful presentations and moderating discussions.Ability to integrate seamlessly into international teams and contribute effectively.Structured, analytical, and pragmatic approach to tasks, with a focus on efficiency and results.Flexible, committed, and assertive team player with a proactive mindset.Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally as required.Skills : sales,automotive,software,management,spm,technical sale
