Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and manage identity and access management solutions using Ping Federate for customer-facing identity capabilities
• Implement single sign-on (SSO), multifactor authentication (MFA), OpenID Connect, OAuth, and LDAP-based authentication
• Manage Ping Directory (LDAP) including schema design, record import/export, addition, deletion, modification, performance monitoring, replication, and health checks
• Work with cloud infrastructure and tools for IAM deployment, including AWS services, Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation
• Utilize DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Git, BitBucket, Jira, and Lambda for automation, deployment, and CI/CD processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues and optimize identity workflows for reliability and security
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions with applications and services
• Maintain technical documentation, configuration guides, and best practices for identity solutions
• Ensure solutions comply with organizational security policies and regulatory requirements

Job Requirements

• Strong experience with Ping Federate and Ping Directory
• Hands-on experience managing LDAP directories including schema design, replication, and performance monitoring
• Familiarity with single sign-on (SSO), multifactor authentication (MFA), OpenID Connect, and OAuth protocols
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS, and automation tools like Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation
• Exposure to DevOps tools including Jenkins, Git, BitBucket, Jira, and Lambda
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage complex IAM projects
