Product Owner (8-11 Years)

This job represents business partners to elicit, understand, analyze, document, refine and communicate business needs, so that technical delivery teams can build effective solutions. This requires a detailed understanding of customer needs, as well as business vision and strategy, to prioritize investment, business value and delivery. The ideal candidate must be able to work collaboratively with multiple development teams. This position serves as the day to day decision maker and provides continual business guidance for the execution team. This position is responsible for prioritizing the execution team's work so that it aligns with the sponsor's/business executive's strategies. The candidate will work with the business and IT delivery teams to identify and mitigate risks to include business operational risks; increase issues; and develop and recommend appropriate solutions.

What You'll Do

• Assist in building and maintaining the product functionality backlog
• Authenticate technical integration across multiple enterprise software systems
• Elaborate user stories for implementation, working with Senior Product Owners across to ensure alignment towards the vision
• Ensure that the Product Backlog is constantly prioritized to secure delivery of maximum business value
• Participate in team planning meetings and exercising availability to provide advice, clarification and guidance during the execution of each Sprint, working alongside engineering teams
• Inspect, accept or reject completed work from the development Sprint
• Demonstrate completed product functionality to the internal partners at the completion of each Sprint
• Demonstrates the ability to learn new technologies and processes
  
  

Qualifications

• B.E. or equivalent experience / B.Tech. in Computer Science / IT or MCA
• Desire to learn new technologies, business domains, and grow cross-functionally
• Should have at least 2-3 years of product ownership experience in a product-based development organization
• Knowledge in Access Control is good to have.
• Should have good communication skills
• Should be proactive and self-reliant

• Experience in SAFe
• Product Owner Certification is a plus
• Demonstrated experience improving customer experience interfaces through various tools and techniques
• Ability to envision solutions to business problems and align solutions to product roadmap
• Knowledge on micro-services
