Responsibilities

Develop and implement recruitment strategies; manage job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Design and conduct training programs; identify training needs and coordinate professional development.
Oversee payroll processing and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Plan and execute team-building activities and company events; manage logistics for workshops and social gatherings.
Monitor office budgets and expenses; maintain financial records and provide them to Finance team.

Qualification Criteria

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Curiosity and ability to multitask.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Eager to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Types : Full-time, Fresher

Salary :

₹1,80,000 - ₹3,00,000 per year

Day range : Monday to Friday

Ability to commute / relocate :

New Delhi, reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
