Job descriptionAct as a strategic partner to the B2B Sales leadership team by aligning people strategy with business goals. Understand the sales business model, targets, and market dynamics to provide proactive HR solutions. Support organizational design, role structuring, and manpower planning to drive business performance. Drive the performance management process for the sales team—goal setting, reviews, and feedback. Collaborate with sales leaders to identify top performers and manage performance gaps. Track productivity metrics and contribute to incentive design and recognition programs. Build a high-performance and engagement-driven culture among the sales workforce. Design and implement engagement activities suited for a field-based and target-driven sales team. Be the employee advocate—ensuring strong communication, feedback mechanisms, and grievance handling. Ensure smooth execution of HR policies, compensation, and benefits for the sales organization. Maintain data accuracy, reports, and compliance with labor and company policies. Partner with finance and operations teams for incentive payouts and related administration. Graduate (MBA / PG in HR preferred) Minimum Five years of experience Preferred Industry - FMCG, Pharma
