The successful candidate will have strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders, including management and employees, to ensure compliance and performance reviews are completed efficiently.
Additionally, payroll and employee coordination are critical aspects of this position, requiring attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
Required experience includes at least 3 months in the US staffing industry as an HR coordinator, with a proven track record of success in similar roles.
