Collaborate with the business development team to refine the sales strategy. Counseling students on their career progression and upskilling required. Work on crafting the sales pitch and converting the warmer leads. Interact with students to provide guidance, mentorship and counseling. Craft, negotiate and finalize deals with students. Excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills (English + Kannada) Strong networker & relationship builder, with good and tactful negotiation skills. Strong attention to detail and delivering work that is of a high standard. Quick learner and someone who has high work ownership. Student centric mindset and willingness to take extra steps to achieve desired outcomes.
