About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

NetSuite Functional Consultant – CRM

to join our client team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and optimizing NetSuite CRM functionalities to drive sales performance, customer satisfaction, and business growth.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless CRM integration, data accuracy, and business process alignment that enhances customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead

implementation and optimization

of NetSuite CRM modules – including

lead management, opportunity tracking, sales forecasting, and customer lifecycle automation .

Customize dashboards, workflows, and reports

to improve visibility into customer pipelines and sales activities.

Enable

CRM automation

for lead nurturing, follow-ups, and campaign performance tracking.

Collaborate with Finance, Projects, and Operations teams to

ensure CRM integration

across business functions.

Conduct

requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and documentation

for CRM-related projects.

Deliver

user training and support

post-go-live to enhance adoption and efficiency.

Identify and recommend

process improvements

and workflow enhancements leveraging NetSuite CRM capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.

Minimum 7+ years of overall hands-on experience in NetSuite, including at least

4+ years

of specialized experience in

CRM implementation

and

support .

Strong understanding of

sales process management ,

customer lifecycle , and

CRM reporting .

Proven expertise in

NetSuite configuration, dashboard creation, saved searches, and workflow automation .

Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to translate business requirements into

functional and technical CRM solutions .

Nice-to-Have

NetSuite Certifications

– SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant, or CRM Specialist.

Experience with

CRM integrations

(Marketing Automation, Finance, or Projects).

Exposure to

multi-entity

or

global business environments .

Understanding of

data migration

and

system optimization

best practices.
