  • Conduct Schedule and Surprise Visits for
  • branches as per schedule given by HO
  • Gather market intelligence on MFI business in the area
  • Maintain a record of Collection quality in the catchment and advice branches of caution areas
  • Support field teams in difficult cases of collections
  • Conduct investigation into special situation if need arises
