Tax Manager (Immediate Start)

Role : Senior Associate (Corp SALT)

Qualification for Corporate Senior Associate :

• Degree in Tax, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com, M.Com, MBA).
• 3–4 years of experience in State and Local Tax compliance and consulting.
• Strong understanding of state income / franchise tax laws, sales and use tax, and other SALT-related areas.
• Experience in preparing and reviewing multistate tax returns and supporting documentation.
• Familiarity with nexus studies, apportionment analysis, state adjustments and state tax research.
• Understanding of federal Forms will be an added advantage.
• EA or CPA certification preferred, or actively working toward certification.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in tax filings and work papers.
• Ability to monitor and interpret state legislative changes and apply them to client situations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Clear and professional communication skills for both internal collaboration and client interaction.
• Eagerness to grow within the SALT function and contribute to a dynamic, deadline-driven team.
• Experience in Tax software like Go System, One Source, Drake, CCH Axcess and QuickBooks.
