Team Lead - Recruitment Coordinator

About the role

Our client is seeking a Team Lead - Recruitment Coordinator to oversee talent acquisition operations across multiple regions. The role requires leadership, operational excellence, and discretion in managing sensitive hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and mentor the TA Operations team of recruitment coordinators to ensure smooth, efficient operations.

Manage end-to-end interview coordination for senior-level and confidential hires.

Serve as escalation point for complex or high-priority recruitment cases.

Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and stakeholders to enhance candidate experience.

Review and optimize TA processes for efficiency and compliance.

Monitor team performance and provide coaching, training, and support.

Prepare operational reports and insights for leadership.

Ideal Profile :

8+ years in Talent Acquisition Operations, including team leadership.

Experienced in handling confidential and sensitive roles.

Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
