We Are Hiring : Officer - HR (Real Estate Industry)

Location : Ahmedabad (West), Gujarat

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and passionate HR Officer for our Real Estate Business. The ideal candidate must have relevant experience in the real estate industry and a strong understanding of people management practices. About the Company

In addition to real estate, the group is also engaged in hospitality, construction, architectural planning, asset management, education, and healthcare. Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Staffing : Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job descriptions to final selection.
  • Employee Onboarding & Training : Conduct smooth onboarding and implement employee development programs.
  • Performance Management : Design and monitor performance appraisal systems.
  • Employee Relations : Handle employee concerns, conflict resolution, and engagement activities.
  • Compliance & Policy Development : Ensure compliance with employment laws and company HR policies.
  • HR Analytics & Reporting : Maintain HR data and share insights with management.
  • Diversity & Inclusion : Foster a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented work culture.

Required Qualifications

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience : 2–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the Real Estate sector.
  • Certifications : HR certifications such as SHRM-SCP or CIPM will be an added advantage.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and leadership qualities.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in HR data interpretation.
  • Thorough understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Ability to build and maintain a collaborative, positive work culture.
