1. Graphic Design
Create digital creatives for social media, campaigns, website, and print materials.Use Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva to produce high-quality visuals.Ensure brand consistency across all design formats.Adapt content into multiple formats (reels, thumbnails, banners, posters, etc.).2. Photography and Videography
Capture photos and videos of campus life, events, faculty stories, and student interactions.Conduct basic shoot set-up, including framing, lighting, and sound (where applicable).Maintain well-organised, easy-to-access visual content folders.3. Video Editing
Edit short and long-form videos for social media, highlights, reels, digital campaigns, and promotional use.Produce quick-turnaround edits without compromising quality.Support brand storytelling through visual narratives.4. Content Collaboration & Coordination
Work with Admissions, Events, Social Media, and Communications teams to plan visual content.Track content requirements, plan shoots, and align visual output with campaign needs.Support content archiving and manage digital assets for future use.Role Review & Performance Indicators
The role will be reviewed quarterly based on :
Quality, creativity, and brand alignment of produced contentTimeliness and quick turnaround for urgent contentResponsiveness to content briefs and coordination with teamsContribution to key events, campaigns, and engagement metricsOrganisation and upkeep of the visual content repositoryHigh performers may be considered for extended responsibilities or full-time opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Visual Communication, Design, Media, Mass Communication, or a related field (preferred).Relevant certifications in graphic design, photography, or video editing are an advantage.Experience
0–3 years of prior experience in design, content creation, photography, or video production.Experience in education, events, media, or digital marketing (preferred).Strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.Technical Skills
Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro (or equivalent video editing software)Canva for quick design turnaroundsBasic knowledge of photo / video shooting equipmentFile organisation and content archivingBasic motion graphics (preferred, not mandatory)Personal Attributes
