Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Quality Compliance Manager, located in Hyderabad. The Lead Quality Compliance Manager will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance processes, conducting quality audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and managing quality control measures. Day-to-day tasks will include developing and implementing quality management systems, monitoring performance, and leading a team of quality professionals to achieve the organization's quality objectives.
Responsibilities
Expertise in Quality Management Systems (QMS), regulatory frameworks, and compliance practices to ensure the highest quality standards
Develop, implement, and maintain QMS policies, procedures, and documentation.
Lead internal & external audits; ensure audit readiness and drive corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance across departments.
Provide training & mentorship on QMS principles, tools, and best practices.
Analyze quality data & metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Support risk management, CAPA processes, root cause analysis and participate in management review meetings.
Lead Various Quality roles from engineering & production.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Auditing and Quality Control skills
Implementing and managing ISO 9001 and other advanced Quality Systems is a must
Experience with Regulatory Requirements and Quality Assurance
Quality Management skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
Previous experience in the Electronics, Battery, medical and industrial experience is a plus
