Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in Noida for a Manager-Real Estate Sales. The role involves managing property transactions, coordinating lease agreements, overseeing real estate portfolios, and providing expert consultancy for residential and commercial properties. The manager will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring smooth execution of real estate processes from initiation to closure.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Property Management and Lease Administration skills
• Knowledge of Leases, including negotiation, review, and execution processes
• Expertise in Real Estate markets, with a focus on residential and commercial transactions
• Understanding of Commercial Real Estate dynamics and investment opportunities
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
