Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and assist customers promptly and courteously.
- Understand product features and provide accurate information to customers.
- Manage sales transactions at the cash register efficiently, including cash, card, and digital payments.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds as per store policy.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and cashier area.
- Restock shelves and ensure products are displayed neatly and attractively.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
- Follow store policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
- Support store promotions, sales campaigns, and loyalty programs.
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate them to the Store Manager when necessary.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent.Previous retail or cashier experience preferred but not mandatory.Basic math skills and ability to handle transactions accurately.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.Skills and Competencies :
