Technical Architect

Core Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, focusing on Sales, Field Service, and Customer Service modules.
• Lead technical design and implementation of Power Platform components : Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, and Power Automate.
• Design and optimize solution architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and best practices.
• Build and manage CI / CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Develop and integrate Power BI dashboards for business analytics.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into robust CRM solutions.
• Mentor development teams and ensure high-quality technical deliverables.
