We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Team Lead - Full Stack Engineer to join our growing team. This role demands strong technical expertise in full-stack development along with exceptional leadership skills to guide and mentor a team of talented engineers.

What Youll Do :

Technical Leadership :

Lead and mentor a team of developers.
Drive code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices.

Development :

Design and implement scalable, secure, and reliable full-stack solutions.

Work with Angular (various versions), Java, Spring Boot, Spring, Hibernate, MVC.

Build microservices and integrate APIs, third-party libraries, and databases (MSSQL, MySQL, RDBMS).

Hands-on with IDEs (IntelliJ, NetBeans, etc.) and testing tools Management & Delivery :

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders.

Manage sprints and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Quality & Continuous Improvement :

Implement automated testing frameworks and CI / CD pipelines.

Stay updated on emerging technologies and drive innovation within the team.

Qualifications :

Bachelors / Masters in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

9+ years of relevant experience in full-stack development.

Strong communication skills (written & verbal).

Proven experience leading teams in an agile environment.
