Role Summary :

We are looking for Inside Sales Representative – Fintech (Inbound & Outbound) to connect with high-potential prospects and generate qualified leads for our relationship managers and sales leaders. You will be responsible for initiating first-level contact, conveying our value proposition, and scheduling meetings with HNIs, IFAs, and affluent investors exploring regulated digital assets.

Key Responsibilities :

Respond to inbound leads from website, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, webinars, and referrals.

Understand the financial needs of prospects and match them with appropriate solutions.

Convert marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) into sales-qualified leads (SQLs).

Provide detailed product walkthroughs or schedule demos with Sales Specialist

Outbound calls

Conduct outbound calls to prospects from targeted industries (e.g., mutual fund distributors, HNIs, financial advisors, SMEs, etc.).

Follow up on cold and warm leads from LinkedIn, Wati campaigns, webinars, or lead databases (Lusha, Dripify, Sales Navigator).

Nurture leads through a defined follow-up cadence and messaging flow.

CRM Reporting

Maintain accurate records in CRM

Track activity metrics, lead status, and conversion data.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

2–5 years of experience in outbound telesales, preferably in financial services, fintech, or wealth advisory.

Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (regional languages a plus).

Strong understanding of HNI investor behavior, basic financial concepts, and investment lifecycle.

Experience using CRM tools like Zoho or Salesforce to manage and track leads.

Professional demeanor, confidence in handling affluent client conversations, and clarity in communicating regulated offerings.

Graduation in any discipline. Finance, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
