Job Title : SEO Intern

Location : Kolkata

Employment Type : Onsite, Full-time

Stipend : Up to 10,000 / - (Based on Experience & Skill Set)

Tenure : Up to 6 months

About the Role :

We are looking for a motivated SEO Intern to join our on-site team in Kolkata. This role is perfect for someone who has a basic understanding of SEO and up to 1 year of experience through internships, freelancing, or project-based work. You will work closely with our SEO team, gain hands-on exposure to live projects, and enhance your digital marketing skills. High performers will receive a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO).

Responsibilities :

Assist in keyword research and competitor analysis
Support on-page SEO tasks such as meta tags, internal linking & content optimization
Help with off-page SEO and link-building activities
Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
Contribute to SEO audits, technical checks, and reporting
Coordinate with the team on content updates and optimization strategies

Skills & Qualifications :

Must have completed a Bachelor's degree in any stream.

Basic knowledge of on-page, off-page, and keyword research techniques

Familiarity with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.)

Understanding of content optimization and website structure

Basic HTML / CSS knowledge (preferred but not required)

Strong communication, analytical mindset & willingness to learn

Up to 1 year of experience in SEO / digital marketing (internship, freelance, or project work)
