Medical Documentation Specialist

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented medical documentation specialist to assist our healthcare team with recording patient medical histories.

• The successful candidate will be responsible for documenting accurate and detailed information on patient visits, adhering to established protocols and procedures, and effectively managing the volume of work without compromising quality.

Responsibilities include preparing and assembling medical record documentation / charts for physicians, documenting medical records utilizing electronic health record applications, and ensuring compliance by self-documentation attestation.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's / Master's degree in a related field, minimum 3 years of work experience in a similar role, and experience working in US-based clinics / hospitals is a plus.
