Position Overview
This is hybrid role bridging financial analysis, deal underwriting, budgeting, and operational performance optimization . This position focuses on analyzing hotel investment opportunities, creating financial models, conducting market research, and generating data-driven insights that enhance both business development and operations efficiency.
Key Purpose
- To evaluate and support new hotel investment opportunities through financial modeling and market feasibility studies.
- To improve operational performance by analyzing data, identifying efficiencies, and supporting strategic decision-making.
Core Responsibilities
1. Financial & Investment Analysis
Build and maintain underwriting models for hotel acquisitions, joint ventures, and related investment types.Create pro forma projections and evaluate potential ROI and IRR for new business opportunities.Analyze and report on performance variances of existing investments versus forecasts.2. Market Research & Feasibility
Conduct market studies on hotel demand, competitive supply, and local economic indicators.Benchmark against comparable properties and transactions to validate investment assumptions.3. Reporting & Presentations
Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, and financial reports for internal stakeholders and external partners.Develop operational dashboards and analytical reports for owners, asset managers, and executives.4. Operational Support
Collaborate with the Accounting and Operations Teams to gather financial data, migrate systems during transitions, and assist in annual budgeting.Identify process improvement opportunities to drive profitability and efficiency.5. Tools & Systems
Work with Accounting systems, BI tools, CRM platforms (e.G., NetSuite, Pipedrive, Fairmas, CoStar) and Excel for modeling, analysis, and reporting.Required Skills & Attributes
Analytical excellence : Strong ability to interpret financial data and convert it into actionable insights.Business acumen : Understanding of hotel KPIs (ADR, OCC, RevPAR) and financial concepts (NOI, IRR, DCF).Technical skills : Advanced Excel;proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

Background in finance, consulting, or investment analysis.Familiarity with hotel operations metrics and financial reporting.Experience using hospitality systems (NetSuite, Pipedrive, CoStar, or Fairmas) is advantageous.
