- Have you come across situations like you have 20 roles to manage how would you plan your sourcing.
- Difference between and or and Astrix in Boolean search
- What is your strategic way of sourcing If you use have used linkedin recruiter then how do you reach out to passive seekers? What is your approach.
- On what all channels do you depend on sourcing If niche role is given what will be your approach to source.
Job Description :
It’s a Simple strong sourcing role who can do market intel plus niche IT sourcing. Has tactical bent of mind. Can analyze situation logically. Smart enough to negotiate & from B Tech Background preferably.
Responsibilities
Execute the recommended sourcing strategy using priority sourcing channels, conducts initial phone screens, maintain candidate data in Recruiting Management System (RMS), and provide recruiters with highly qualified, experienced candidates.Mine internal and external databases for qualified candidates; contribute to the candidate pipeline database (RMS).Adhere to sourcing process, defined SLA, consistency, performance targets, and delivery timelines.Maintain current leading-edge knowledge of external sourcing options (job sites, professi onal recruiting sites, etc.).Provide periodic reports of sourcing team activity as applicable.Minimum qualifications
Sourcing resumes using job sites, professional networking sitesAny undergraduate degreeExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsPrevious experience in bulk / volume hiringHands-on experience of working on job sites, professional networking sitesHands-on knowledge in Passive Sourcing (AIRS) techniques, market trends, vetting the Internet for the target companies / candidate’s information, etc.
