Job descriptionOperate equipment in the manufacturing process according to established procedures and guidelines. Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet specifications. Troubleshoot issues and perform minor repairs on equipment. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE. Keep detailed records of production and performance. Work effectively as part of a team to achieve production targets. Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed. Previous experience in a uPVC and aluminium windows manufacturing environment is preferred. Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills required.
