- University degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, physics, or similar domain with a specialization in mechanical or electrical systems
- At least 7 years of professional experience working in the field of CAE simulations (preferably in automotive transmission systems)
- Advanced knowledge of the working principle of transmission systems
- Basic Knowledge of CATIA V5 Software
- Advanced Knowledge of SimLab, HyperMesh, Abaqus and FEMFAT
- Advanced Knowledge of Finite Element Methods and modeling
- Communication skills, self-initiative, and high level of accountability
- Highly motivated team player with ability to co-ordinate across geographies
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
