Leasing - Sr. Executive / GM / AGM

Job Overview :

We have openings for the Sr. Executive / Assistant General Manager / General Manager – Leasing role to lead and execute the leasing strategy for our commercial and retail properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the real estate and retail leasing market and be capable of closing high-value leasing transactions.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue for

commercial / retail projects.

Identify and onboard quality tenants including retail brands, corporates, anchor

stores, and office occupants.

Negotiate lease agreements, renewals, and ensure legal and financial compliance.

Conduct market research and analyze competitor properties for rental trends.

Maintain strong broker / channel partner relations for continuous leasing inflow.

Coordinate with the legal, finance, and operations team for seamless leasing

execution.

Track leasing KPIs, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to senior management.

Requirements :

2 - 12 years of relevant experience in real estate leasing (commercial / retail spaces).

Strong negotiation, presentation, and client management skills.

In-depth understanding of real estate laws, lease structuring, and documentation.

Excellent communication and networking skills.

Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
