We are seeking a dynamic and technically grounded Head of Information Security to lead our security strategy across cloud-native and hybrid infrastructure. The ideal candidate combines hands-on system administration, deep AWS / cloud security expertise, persuasive executive communication, and sharp coordination of compliance deliverables under tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Lead enterprise-wide security operations across systems, infrastructure, and cloud platforms.

Drive system hardening and secure configuration across Linux / Windows environments.

Architect and enforce AWS security policies (IAM, SCP, GuardDuty, logging)

Present actionable risk insights and metrics to senior management and stakeholders.

Embed security practices into the software development and testing lifecycle.

Manage rapid compliance and audit preparation (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR)

Ensure fast turnaround times (TATs) on InfoSec requests and escalations.

Guide user access control, data governance, and identity lifecycle management.

Required Skills

8–12 years in security leadership and system administration

Deep AWS / cloud security proficiency (IAM, KMS, Terraform, VPC)

Proven communicator with executive presence and reporting fluency

Experience in SDLC, code scanning, and secure testing methodologies

Hands-on coordination of certifications and GRC audits under short timelines

Qualifications :

• A Bachelor’s / master’s degree in engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Certifications (preferred) : CISSP, CISM,CISA,AWS Security Specialty, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer.
