Position : Technical Project Lead

Role Overview : The Technical Project Lead will play a pivotal role in driving our team of talented software engineers to new achievements.This position demands an inspiring leader with a blend of technical process and excellent management skills to oversee the development of high-profile web and mobile applications. You will lead your project team technically and interpersonally : from the initial definition of the most worthwhile tasks to pursue, through technical grooming,

oversight and troubleshooting. You will coach and guide your team to help them excel and grow.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead a multi-disciplinary team of front-end, back-end, UI developers, and QA engineers towards successful project deliverables.
• Set clear project objectives and refine project plans in collaboration with project managers.
• Schedule and assign tasks, ensuring appropriate workload distribution and role alignment.
• Offer ongoing guidance, mentorship, and support to the team, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
• Optimise application performance, maintaining a balance between quality and efficiency.

Technical skills :

Any one of the programming language - (Java Script, Java, Python), SQL queries, JSON, Regular Expressions, Understanding of HTTP methods and their contracts.
