Exprtex , the advanced materials division of

Shingora Textiles Pvt. Ltd. , is looking for a dynamic

Head of Sales

to lead growth across

defence, aerospace, industrial safety, and global technical-textile markets.

At Exprtex, we design and manufacture

flame-retardant, ballistic, and protective fabrics

that meet international standards for

performance and protection.

We collaborate with

DRDO, ISRO, and global OEMs

to develop cutting-edge textile solutions made proudly in India.

What You’ll Do

Build and execute a sales strategy for domestic and international markets.

Lead institutional and B2B sales across

defence, industrial safety, and protective apparel sectors.

Identify and manage global distributor and OEM partnerships.

Achieve revenue and margin targets through

value-based selling

and strong technical understanding.

Work closely with R&D, production, and marketing teams to align pipeline, forecasts, and product launches.

Lead and mentor a performance-driven sales team.

What We’re Looking For

10–12 years of experience

in

technical textiles, protective clothing, or performance materials

(B2B / Institutional).

Strong understanding of

defence procurement, export markets, or industrial fabric applications.

Proven track record in

international sales, key account management, and strategic partnerships.

Entrepreneurial mindset, negotiation expertise, and deep curiosity about material innovation.

Qualification : MBA or B.Tech (Textile / Mechanical / Material Science preferred).
