Together, we run transformational programs that help women overcome stress, anxiety, relationship issues, emotional blockages, and money challenges.

We’re now expanding our team and looking for smart, ambitious, coachable individuals who want to learn and grow fast.

Role Overview

We’re hiring a Sales Specialist who will speak to women (30–55 years old) who have already attended our 3-day Emotional Wellness workshop.

• No cold calling
• No random leads
• Every person you speak to already has a problem we can solve

Your job is to listen, guide, build trust, and help them make a confident decision to join our premium Emotional Wellness Program.

This is not a call centre job — it is professional communication, emotional intelligence, and high-income sales training.

Scripts, structure, and complete training will be provided.

What You Will Do

Speak with warm leads who already know us

Understand their challenges and listen patiently

Guide them emotionally and help them make informed decisions

Follow our step-by-step sales process

Maintain lead records and performance tracking

Communicate with empathy, clarity, and professionalism

You will be personally trained by an IIT alumnus in advanced communication, psychology, emotional guidance, and proven sales frameworks.

Salary & Incentives

Base salary : ₹20,000 per month

Incentives : 5% per sale (≈ ₹1,000 per sale)

Top performers : Salary increases to ₹40,000 within 90 working days

Work Structure

7–8 hours per day
