Senior DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team working on a transformative project focused on modernizing and deploying a critical collateral subsystem for a leading financial institution. Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Kubernetes-based architectures on cloud platforms, with a focus on emulating on-premises environments.
• Develop and maintain CI / CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes, integrating DevSecOps security scans (shift-left security).
• Collaborate with development teams to build Docker images and replicate production-like environments, ensuring seamless transitions from development to staging.
• Configure and optimize Ansible or Kubespray for automated infrastructure deployment and management.
• Lead the setup and administration of cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS), including account management and ownership transitions, while adhering to regulatory compliance standards (e.g., SEBI Cloud Adoption Framework).
• Perform security scans on source code and artifacts, generating detailed reports to enhance application security.
• Establish and maintain near real-time communication channels with external development teams to coordinate environment variables, database dumps, and build configurations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges, adapting to evolving project needs and tight timelines.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to strategic planning to accelerate time-to-market.
