Job Title : Salesforce : Chennai & : 56 Years (45 Years in Salesforce Admin & Configuration)

Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to manage, configure, and optimize our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business and IT teams, ensuring Salesforce supports operational excellence and business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • User & Access Management : Manage users, profiles, roles, and permission sets.
  • System Configuration : Customize objects, fields, layouts, flows, validation rules, and automation.
  • Data Management : Ensure data accuracy through audits, deduplication, imports / exports (Data Loader, Salesforce Inspector).
  • Reporting : Build and maintain reports & dashboards aligned with business KPIs.
  • Automation : Develop flows, Process Builders, approval workflows, and optimize system processes.
  • Integration Support : Assist with Salesforce integrations (ERP, marketing, service tools).
  • Support & Training : Provide end-user support, training, and documentation.
  • Incident Management : Analyze / debug issues; triage to appropriate teams when needed.
  • Collaboration : Work with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into system solutions.
  • System Maintenance : Perform health checks, manage releases, and monitor platform performance.
  • Security & Compliance : Maintain security settings, sharing rules, and regulatory compliance.
  • Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with Salesforce releases and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • 56 years in IT; 45 years in Salesforce Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CRM processes, and Salesforce admin / development tools.
  • Proficiency in Flows, Apex basics, LWC awareness, platform events, and debugging logs.
  • Experience with deployment tools (Change Sets, DevOps, CI / CD pipelines).
  • Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with GitHub and change management tools.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • Mandatory Certifications :

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM-201)
  • Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
  • Preferred :

  • Advanced Administrator (ADM-301)
  • Platform Developer I & II (PD1 / PD2)
  • Sales Cloud / Service Cloud Certifications
  • Nice to Have :

  • Experience working in Agile environments
  • Exposure to ticketing and incident management tools
  • Hands-on with automation tools (Approval Processes, Case Rules, etc.)
