We're looking for a Product Manager to :

analyze regulatory and business needs, producing timely, clear and concise functional requirements and specifications

co-develop a clear product vision, strategy and roadmap covering the full product development lifecycle UI / UX experience used by Cash Equities and Listed Options regulatory business users including

• Repair Rejects (from GUI)
• supporting regulatory audit closure (Workflow based Feature) for Trade Surveillance controls.
• provides capability to search and view reports and trade activity reports (Books and Records)

act as product manager within an agile team, participating in agile ceremonies and ensuring the product requirements are aligned and clear to designers and engineers

support pod Objective and Key Results and provide relevant product measurements and metrics to meet overall regulatory and business goals

ensure quality and compliance of the product, including a technical and non-functional requirement (i.e. production stability, performance, maintainability)

In our Agile operating model, crews are aligned to larger products and services fulfilling client needs and encompass multiple autonomous pods. Good to have working in the Digital Operations stream as Product Manager of a pod.

working in agile environments with strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks and product management

experience within working on UI / UX applications

excellent SQL querying skills

delivering on outcome-focused goals, such as using OKRs (Objectives and Key results)

team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality, a true agile mindset and strong analytical and problem-solving skills

strong active listening and communication skills to build networks and partnerships at all levels

excellent written and verbal communication across different management levels

Good to have working knowledge of trade flows and its interactions within the regulatory space

experience with Exchange Traded Derivatives / Equity Products, lifecycle management and controls; familiarity with recent developments in financial regulation and banking

Ideally experience as being a scrum master
