About the Job

The Network Lead is a senior-level technical expert responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a high-performance, secure, and scalable enterprise network infrastructure. This role encompasses network architecture and operations across on-premise data centers, multiple public cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP), and the hybrid connectivity between them. The Network Lead also possesses strong knowledge of enterprise server management, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance between the network and server layers.

Skill Requirements :

8+ years of experience in network engineering, with significant experience in a lead or senior role.

Proven experience supporting large-scale enterprise networks, including on-premise data centers, remote sites, and multi-cloud environments.

Demonstrated experience managing and integrating with enterprise server infrastructure.

Expertise in Layer 2 / Layer 3 network architectural design (LAN / WAN) and protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF, MPLS).

Deep knowledge of cloud networking services and technologies across major providers (e.g., AWS, Azure).

Strong understanding of network security functions (firewalls, VPN, IPS) and software-defined networking (SDN).

Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).

Extensive knowledge of server operating systems (Windows, Linux), virtualization, and enterprise server management best practices.
