Silicon Design Engineer 2

As a Silicon Design Engineer 2 you will work as part of a team responsible for all phases of product development including product definition and delivery. Silicon Design Engineer 2 is expected to understand the u-Architecture definition for an individual IPs or IP subsystems and design and develop front-end RTL IPs or do IP integration.

This position requires an individual to be creative, team-oriented, technology savvy, demonstrate the potential to work with cross-functional teams.

THE PERSON :

You have a passion for modern, complex hardware and IP architecture, digital design, and verification in general. You are a team player who has excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with other engineers located in different sites / timezones. You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and are willing to learn and ready to take on problems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

A major part of your responsibility will be to participate in most of the phases of the product development cycle from new product exploration, architecture through implementation, prototyping, validation and support including :

• Understand u-architecture from the architecture definition
• Be able to comply to the effort estimate for implementation from the u-architecture definition
• RTL design, IP integration & documentation
• Learn from technical reviews of IP design
• Working with stakeholders such as verification
