Were looking for an experienced Senior Financial Representative to join our General Ledger team. Reporting to the Deputy Manager General Ledger youll be responsible for :

• Performing month-end close journal entries reconciling GL accounts and managing diverse accruals (AP open PO non-PO recurring JEs) for U.S. and international subsidiaries.
• Performing expense analysis and providing commentary to explain variances and business impact across P&L accounts
• Working with department heads to review monthly PO reports ensuring accurate accruals for subsidiaries and handling month-end facilities and IT allocations.
• Reviewing expense reports credit card transactions requisitions ensuring accuracy in accounting codes and coordinating with other key departments.
• Partnering with other business teams to enhance expense forecasting driving process improvements and participating in special projects as needed.
