Key Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture : Design and develop robust solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Pages, Power Automate), ensuring integration with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Power BI, and SharePoint.
• Business Process Automation : Use Power Automate to create automated workflows that optimize business processes, reduce manual effort, and enhance productivity.
• Data Analysis and Reporting : Leverage Power BI for advanced data analysis and create interactive reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
• Custom Development : Build custom solutions with Power Pages and integrate them with Dynamics 365 and SharePoint for a seamless user experience.
• Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of developers and analysts. Ensure the team stays up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Training and Support : Provide training and support to end-users, enhancing their ability to utilize the implemented solutions effectively.
• Continuous Improvement : Evaluate existing systems and processes, recommending improvements and innovative approaches.
