Industry Preference : Real Estate / Infrastructure Minimum 10-15 years in senior finance Only qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

Role Overview

This is a leadership role reporting directly to the top management.

Key Financial Management

• Formulate and execute the companys long-term financial strategy.
• Partner with the CEO / Board to drive profitability, growth, and sustainability.
• Establish and monitor financial governance, risk assessment, and control systems.

Investor & Stakeholder Relations

Key Chartered Accountant (CA) Minimum 15 years in senior financial roles, with proven expertise in Real Estate or Infrastructure sector.
