PRIMARY FUNCTIONS (RESPONSIBILITIES) :

Design and develop scalable backend systems and APIs using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, RESTful APIs .

Build and maintain payment-related components and integrations in AWS .

Implement secure, PCI-compliant solutions and ensure adherence to Delta’s standards and CI / CD practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement secure, PCI-compliant solutions.

Support deployments and ensure adherence to Delta’s methodology, standards, and CI / CD practices.

Troubleshoot and optimize application performance across front-end and back-end layers.

Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Ensure technical solutions align with business goals and deliver high customer satisfaction.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS) :

Technical Competencies :

BS / MS in Computer Science or related technical field.

4–6 years in full-stack development.

Strong hands-on experience in Java , Spring Boot , Microservices , and RESTful APIs .

AWS expertise (EC2, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, etc.).

Experience with Oracle / SQL and source control tools (Git).

Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and Agile methodologies.

Knowledge of secure coding practices and PCI standards.

Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Strong communication skills and professionalism.

Additionally, candidate must be a self-learner with the ability to pick up new technologies and provide tangible results.

Finally Candidate has to be Reliable, produce quality work, take pride and ownership in their work with high level of professionalism, passion and a sense of urgency to make things happen
