Job description

Position : Manager – HR

Location : Mumbai – Goregaon East

  • Business Partnership :

Collaborate with Operations leaders to understand business needs and deliver solutions to

people. Partner on org design, workforce planning, and succession planning for critical roles.

  • Performance Management :

    • Facilitate the performance review process and support managers in feedback and

    development planning. Coach managers on performance issues, improvement plans, and

    corrective action when needed.

  • Talent Development :

    • Work with L&D teams to identify skill gaps and coordinate learning programs.

    Support leadership development initiatives and high-potential talent identification.

  • HR Operations & Compliance :

    • Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to.

    Collaborate with payroll, compliance, and HR Ops for seamless employee lifecycle processes.

  • Data & Analytics :

    • Monitor HR metrics (attrition, absenteeism, etc.) and provide actionable insights.

    Prepare regular reports and dashboards for leadership.

    Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or (Master’s in HR or related field preferred).
  • 8+years of HR experience
  • Strong knowledge of HR Analytics, HR Operations and employee engagement strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
