Tele Counselor

About the Role :

We are looking for passionate candidates to join our team as Junior Counselors. The suitable candidate should have a passion for providing guidance and support to students who are interested in studying abroad. They are expected to assist students throughout their study abroad journey from shortlisting the rightfit courses and universities to ensuring their successful admission and enrolment. He / She is expected to provide excellent service to students and ensure student satisfaction and overall student happiness.

What you will do :

a) Counsel students regarding abroad education opportunities.

b) Booking appointments for counseling (Online / WalkIn).

c) Following up on the given leads.

d) Making a proper report of the assigned leads.

e) Should have excellent interpersonal skills presentation skills and should be confident enough in speaking with students & parents.
