Back End Developers (Java, Springboot, PostgreSQL)

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ability to read existing codebases , understand the flow, and effectively troubleshoot or enhance existing systems.
• Design, develop, and maintain back-end services using Java Spring Boot for website management platforms.
• Implement and manage RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless communication between front-end systems and microservices.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps, and product teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Architect and build scalable and secure microservices for user management, content delivery, order processing, and analytics.
• Ensure secure and optimized integrations with third-party systems and services, including payment gateways and external APIs.
• Leverage PostgreSQL and other databases to design and optimize database schemas, queries, and transactions.
• Utilize Azure Cloud Services to deploy, monitor, and maintain microservices in a scalable, distributed environment.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and data security using standards like OAuth2 , JWT , and HTTPS / TLS .
• Develop and maintain logging, monitoring, and error-handling mechanisms for back-end systems.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Work with DevOps engineers to automate CI / CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins , GitHub Actions , or Azure DevOps .
• Deploy and manage applications in Linux-based environments with strong proficiency in system administration.
