Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Time and Labor (OTL).
The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, configuring OTL functionalities, supporting testing cycles, and ensuring seamless integration with related HCM modules.
This is a pure functional role focused on Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor.
Key Responsibilities :
- Work with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Configure and implement solutions in Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor (OTL).
- Participate in Functional User Testing (FUT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring timely issue resolution.
- Support deployment activities, production support, and post-go-live enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Payroll, Absence Management, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide functional guidance and troubleshooting for OTL-related issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Oracle HCM Cloud : Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) module.Functional Expertise : Ability to configure, test, and support OTL solutions.Testing : Hands-on experience with FUT, UAT, issue resolution, and deployment.Integration Exposure : Knowledge of how OTL integrates with Payroll and Absence Management.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Education : Bachelors degree or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, or related field.Experience : 5 to 8 years of functional experience in Oracle HCM Cloud with OTL specialization.Additional Requirements :
