Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for managing campaigns end-to-end, ensuring performance goals are met and contributing directly to client growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Manage budgets effectively to achieve return on ad spend (ROAS), cost per acquisition (CPA), and conversion per lead (CPL) targets.
- Build structured campaigns and run A / B tests on creatives, copy, and landing pages.
- Analyze data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with design and strategy teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
- Stay updated on platform changes, tools, and performance marketing trends.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications :
Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing.Proven track record of managing ROI-positive campaigns.Strong knowledge of tracking, attribution, and audience segmentation.Analytical skills with the ability to turn data into strategy.Experience working with SaaS, D2C, or education brands is a plus.What We Offer
