Jupiter AI Labs is a fast-growing technology and AI services company specializing in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Automation, and Global Staffing solutions. We’re expanding our finance and operations team to strengthen our internal accounting, reporting, and compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries and transactions in Tally or related software.
• Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, and vouchers.
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain ledgers.
• Support in MIS report generation, cash flow tracking, and financial projections.
• Assist management in creating monthly / quarterly reports and forecasts.
• Coordinate with the admin team for petty cash, office expenses, and vendor payments.
• Maintain documentation for audits and compliance.
• Collaborate with CA and finance consultants as required.
