About the Role :

We are looking for experienced and motivated Sales Professionals with

8 to 13 years

of relevant experience to lead and expand our Commercial & Industrial (C&I) solar module sales. The candidate will be responsible for driving module sales in the C&I segment through strategic business development and client relationship management in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and execute sales strategies to promote

Solar PV Modules

in the

C&I segment

(rooftop and ground-mount projects).

Identify and build relationships with

EPC contractors, developers, corporates, consultants, and industrial clients .

Achieve regional sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and converting leads into orders.

Prepare and present tailored technical and commercial proposals.

Negotiate contracts and close sales in coordination with internal stakeholders.

Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and policy developments affecting the solar industry.

Manage complete customer lifecycle including post-sales support, payment follow-ups, and repeat business generation.

Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and data entry in CRM systems.

Participate in trade shows, expos, and industry events to enhance brand visibility.

Candidate Profile : Experience :

8 to 13 years in sales / business development in

solar PV modules or related products

in the C&I segment.

Education :

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Energy, Business, or related discipline. MBA is preferred.

Strong knowledge of

solar PV modules, specifications, pricing, and supply chain .

Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.

Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships across regions.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
