Job description : We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience handling and coordinating executive-level tasks, possess fluent communication skills in Hindi and English, demonstrate proficiency in computer skills, and be able to effectively manage professional tasks for the CEO. Key Responsibilities : Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal / external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and confidentiality at all times. Manage and maintain the CEO's schedule, including arranging appointments, travel itineraries, and meeting logistics. Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests and correspondence for the CEO, ensuring timely responses and follow-up actions. Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents. Handle tasks for the CEO, such as errands, appointments, and arrangements. Assist in the organization and coordination of executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing materials. Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met. Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information. Qualifications : Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant to senior executives. Commerce, Accounting, or Finance background preferred. Fluent communication skills in Hindi and English. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software. Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate the needs of the CEO. Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
