Job descriptionSupport project execution from concept to commissioning. Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure design feasibility. Monitor project schedules, deliverables, and documentation. Prepare technical documentation such as design reports, test plans, and inspection checklists. Maintain configuration management and revision control of design files. Proficiency in CAD software ( SolidWorks, Creo, NX, or AutoCAD). Knowledge of FEA tools (ANSYS, HyperMesh) preferred. Understanding of railway mechanical systems and standards. Familiarity with material selection, manufacturing processes, and GD&T. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Project coordination and vendor management experience.
Responsibilities
Design & Development
- Design and develop mechanical systems and components for rolling stock( Interior and Sanitary )
- Prepare and review 3D CAD models, 2D drawings, and Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Ensure compliance with railway standards such as RDSO, EN, and UIC.

Qualifications
B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).

8–10 years in railway / rolling stock / heavy engineering industry.
